About Docupilot

Docupilot is a cloud-based document generation solution that helps businesses of all sizes create, implement and manage automated workflows to streamline document and forms creation operations across departments. The platform enables organizations to design personalized templates using Microsoft Word or the built-in document builder and define variables, loops and tables to capture data.

Docupilot includes predefined templates, which allows enterprises to create proposals, quotes, agreements, purchase and sales orders, invoices and other documents to handle sales, partnerships, and more on a unified portal. HR professionals can also generate offer letters, on-boarding documents and more. Additionally, users can also produce and send offers, coupons, gift material and other marketing material to customers.

Docupilot supports integration with a variety of third-party applications such as 123FormBuilder, BambooHR, Airtable, Box, Clio, DocuSign, Google Forms and more. Pricing includes monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, FAQs and other online measures.

Docupilot is exceptionally easy to use and perfectly suited for our customized label needs. Its intuitive interface and flexible features have streamlined our workflow and helped us achieve a professional, consistent look. Overall, it has been an extremely helpful and reliable tool

Cons:

after log in it is not easy to find our comapny setting information details from our log in page. I needed to visit 2 different site to upgrade.

Best bulk PDF editing tool in world

This was the best experience I have ever had!! Customer support helped me out so much with my ability to complete this task and meet a deadline I had!

Pros:

The customer support helped me reach a timely deadline within minutes of reaching out. They truly blessed me there!! Additionally, no other tool is available to accomplish the tasks this tool completes! All alternatives really want to make things as difficult as possible versus being as simple as "upload a PDF" and "upload a CSV." There is no easier tool to use or implement than this. It took maybe 30 seconds to integrate my Google Drive and upload my pdf and csv. I will be using this tool probably 4x-5x times per year for a project I previously had to do manually.

Cons:

Nothing. I didn't love the payment plans initially; however, customer support has helped me and shown me the Enterprise solutions that allow for one-time purchases of required credits (versus monthly!) This is perfect for people who will only need to use the service a handful of times (such as once per quarter!)

Its the only one that allows you to upload a PDF and a CSV file, and it automatically generates the PDFs per CSV cell. No code, easy integration, seamless, instant.

Docupilot: Highly Recommended, Time Saving

Positive experience with Docupilot. I received assistance from Docupilot when I was setting up my templates by using their helpful videos and via email. In cases when I couldn't reach them immediately, they got back to me via email within a reasonable amount of time. While setting up and testing your template, you are allowed to use a testing mode so it does not use up your monthly credits. This is especially important if you are on a lower tier plan.

Docupilot allows me to generate word documents from a template directly inside Airtable. It is difficult to find an app that generates a Word document and I was pleased to discover Docupilot has this option.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints or cons about Docupilot.

I switched to Docupilot because Formstack was significantly more expensive. Docupilot provides everything I need at a fraction of the price.

One day to setup, years to enjoy

I felt like they do care about their customers and they do genuinely want to help and provide a great service. Even when my initial decision was not to proceed (due to inntegration that I needed was not there) - they didn't give up - they followe up, they worked on it, they made it better and now they have me on-board for years to come, for sure!

Price plans are well structured and suitable for variaty of businesses and cases, so - thank you for that. Support is outstanding - they have develoepd new custom integration that we needed in a matter of days and provided outstanding documentation that is easy to follow. Very simple and intuitive interface

could not find "About Us" page, as I wanted to learn about the team behind :)

Reasons for switching to Docupilot

They recently had a very aggressive price increase, which was 3x times the original subscription. I have never experienced anything like that with any other vendors. Price increases are common and expected from time to time, but their aggressive approach made me to look for an alternative - not because I was desparate to save a few bucks, but because I felt this was very unfair and I didn't want to support them anymore.

Excellent Customre Service

Docupilot has some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. We have asked them what we think are complex questions, assuming the ask would not be possible. Each time they have responded with code/processes that work perfectly for us.

Docupilot helped automate our document generation

Docupilot has been a valuable addition to our workflow, especially with its seamless integration with Zapier and SignNow, which we already use. However, I was somewhat taken aback when I realized the free plan was actually a trial, but that aside, it's a fantastic tool that has significantly improved our document generation process.

The best software for document generation.

Our experience with Docupilot has been the best. The customer support is the best part, and we really appreciate it. The software is incredibly useful for our operations and service delivery, and we hope to continue with Docupilot for longer.

Its software is user-friendly and extremely intuitive. The customer service support team is very supportive if you don't know how to integrate Docupilot with other platforms, such as Make.com.

Cons:

I think they should do custom credit packages for regular customers, offering them a special price. We would love to receive this.
