Low Standards - No Reply From Support

Would love to use Ikas as my platform of choice, but cannot get support to respond to my request of removing a store that is selling products stolen from my store.

It's easy to setup. I could add my products very quickly.

Cons:

I've contacted support 3 times over the last few months, and they have never replied. My problem is that another store is selling stolen copies of my digital products and using Ikas to run their store. How can I move my business onto a platform that supports theft and copyright infringement?

My experience using Ikas

I am a event manager at Delhi FNP events, since our work is to get wealthy clients. Ikas is a great platform for web hosting and selling on web. Since I have been in the event planning and management my team always look forward to get various corporate events, and parties by ikas it is very easy to customise those packages and bring them on board in our websites. Designing custom packages online and to sell them to our clients is now easy with ikas. It gives the platform to design degitally themed package which our corporate clients gets intrested to buy.

Cons:

So far I have using ikas for last 8-9 months I haven't encountered any problem with that.
