Our “guarantee” applies only to specific managed‑ads packages and refers to sales under stated terms—not profit; if your package didn’t meet the stated threshold, we’ll honor the applicable credit/refund. Checkout normally stays on your domain unless a payments/fulfillment workflow you enabled routes via Sellvia; if your setup differs from what you expected, we’ll switch it back and document the flow.
