The customer support is fast and available (usually immediately) when I need it.

Cons:

There's a learning curve with every new platform but once you've spent some time getting familiar, it's an intuitive and user-friendly platform that's well-supported and consistently updated with new features and functionality.

Shogun's Support is Top Notch

Shogun works great for what we need. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify store to enhance our customer experience in a way we weren't able to within our theme (without a full dev team at our disposal). The support has always been speedy, delivering solutions quickly without any site disruptions. We love it!

Pros:

I use the Shogun Editor to create landing pages and to build on top of some product pages in our Shopify store. As a graphic designer, I love how easy it is to drag, drop, and edit pages without having to code anything. Also, Shogun's support team is super responsive! I had an issue today with a new pop-up form we recently integrated. [sensitive content hidden] replied to my support chat right away and was able to not only fix it but help me understand the problem so I can fix it in the future!

Cons:

Not a lot to say about any cons. It would be nice to see more block templates regularly, and sometimes the responsive page breaks don't always work the way I want them to but otherwise I love the editor tool!

The customer service is exceptional when you need it and it’s pretty easy to use as a non-designee/engineer.

Cons:

I didn’t like the monthly payment cost. When I started it was only $28 a month but that plan got phased out and I was paying $78 a month.

BigCommerce multi-site excellence.

Very good. Have dealt with the team across product development and support. Currently within a project to implement a multi-storefront instance of BigCommerce utilising Shogun as a CMS to save going down the route of an expensive headless implementation.

Ease of use as a CMS that allows for the quick deployment of complex layout changes as well as simple updates.

Cons:

Generally works very well. Slight frustration is that it would be great to use our own CDN for imagery to improve speed of load and also the same for some scripts that fail lighthouse tests.

Best page builder & support on Shopify!

I have always had a great experience with Shogun even when the app is having issues, which is rarely does they are always prompt to respond and help.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden], YOU'RE THE BEST. Out of all of the features that Shogun provides, their Customer Service is top tier above any other software. I had to fill in for our designer to do a rush project - I am not super well-versed in Shogun. I can get my way around, but not the technical items. Live chat was easy, I had a response within 10 minutes. For a few days I had multiple questions. I was assigned [sensitive content hidden] as a CSR every time coincidentally, and he helped me tremendously EVERY TIME. I knew that I could do whatever design I wanted with [sensitive content hidden] help. If Shogun wasn't built for that design, [sensitive content hidden] would help me find a workaround for it. He did the edits for me and even screen recorded them for me so I knew how to do them in the future. This was so helpful and have never experienced any Customer Service like it. Usually, the CSR agent is like a robot and they don't understand what you're asking and send you to a help article. This is what makes Shogun superior to any other page editing program.

Cons:

While the customer service is great, Shogun does require a bit of hand holding. It is not very intuitive. If you want basic blocks without overlays or any other types of design, then I would not go with Shogun because you'll need to confer with customer service for help every time.

Easy to use. Great for building web pages and blogs quickly. Always improving and bringing out new features. The support team are always helpful, friendly and speedy with replies and fix's.

Cons:

The syncing system seems to be a little glitchy at times.

Shogun is a great tool for web developers to build landing pages. It has all the necessary elements and I appreciate the desktop/ipad/mobile differentiations in settings of each element.

Cons:

The regular text element don't have different settings for mobile which makes the adjustment for different width a bit tricky.

Pros:

I've been using Shogun for some time now and the support is exceptional. I had an issue relating to a page anchor, of which was resolved within 24 hrs. I had heard fomr them right away and actually spoke to someone about my problem.

Cons:

The blocks can be tricky top move around at times, however they have just improved this. I would like to see more blocks added in the near future
