Pros:

I like the best that it contains various tools like building a website, managing orders, tracking the entire inventory, processing payments, and working to ship. Moreover, it has additional tools that help me build the brand of my e-commerce business like marketing, branding, and website management, and even generating reports to help me analyze my entire customer data, order data, and click statistics.

Cons:

No cons identified so far. I like how it allows me to integrate with different sectors of tools like shipping carrier, payment gateway, marketing, analytics and much more.

Pros:

User interface of site builder is very appropriate and simple. Could set up the store in no time despite being a non technical in the field. Very easy to customize the page. This comes along with the options to integrate other Zoho products free of cost which make it complete package.

Cons:

In visual editor, while changing formatting options, user should be shown the outcome on the relevant page.

We use zoho commerce for testing purpose for our e-com clients. because lack of functionality and creative outlook of website. Slider header, and other elements are not editable. We cant be creative with the website design. After establishing a digital marketing background and initial roadmap for client, we switch from ZC to shopify and Storehippo

It is easy to use and simple to understand.

Cons:

The templates, (Extremely poor designs) No option for product to be zoomed during hover, while this is very basic but necessary feature of every e-com website. Creative limitation due to non availability of code customisation option. We can not create our theme.

Reasons for choosing Zoho Commerce

We choose zoho commerce only as a testing platform for our new entrants. We never use Zoho commerce when client get established on e-com space.

Nothing really negative it was all good setting up Zoho Commerce espei

Quickbooks during covid put our pricing up $110 per month and did not care and once with Zoho One it was a new brainer to add commerce

Affordable and yet powerful e commerce platform

Overall experience with Zoho commerce is wonderful. I recommend many small and medium sized ecommerce platform owners to try Zoho.

Pros:

1) The software is affordable, they give us for free trial for more than 3 months, which is wonderful to play with the software and we decided it is the best one for our needs. 2) Other eCommerce software don't give many options for customizing, but Zoho has many customization options, which are easy to use and you don't need any developer knowledge. 3) Customer care is wonderful and you can expect a quick response almost all the times.

Cons:

Maybe they can improve the speed of the website for 10% more at least by minimizing the code.

1) Zoho is inexpensive 2) Zoho gave me more than 4 months to try their product, by the time I got comfort using it and got all my doubts clarified.

Not worth the money

Support is via email and very slow.. With some digging, I was able to find the phone support number. They are not very helpful.

The themes and visual appeal are very good. It is possible with some effort and zero coding to make a site that does not look like the typical cookie cutter approach from some many of the other options out there.

Cons:

The cost is outrageous. I spent an already excessive sum to use the serial number tracking in Zoho inventory. I don't need it in the online store, and Zoho wants $160 per month for that feature alone. Stupid. Be forewarned that iF you have items with serial numbers in your inveNtory, THEY WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR STORE.

Reasons for choosing Zoho Commerce

I am abandoning Zoho entirely (Books, Inventory and Commerce), since the cost to use both Inventory and Commerce with serial number tracking is ridiculously, insanely excessive.

Zoho commerce can be integrated with Google Merchant Store . But our store not yet integrated. GMC integration bit difficult.
