    Boldsign - easy to use and great price

    Great. Easy to use. Easy to send. Easy on the clients end. Everything gets sent back to you with an audit trail once complete.

    Boldsign is very easy to use and price is right. They don't nickel and dime you for every form you send for signature. One price includes them all.
    Cons:
    Preparer can't automatically sign when we send the document but Boldsign says that will be correct in Feb.

    BEST electronic signature program! Don't waste your time on the others~!

    Extremely satisfied! The program itself is excellent. I've been with other electronic service companies, and every time they upgraded their program, it didn't work! I ended up spending hours (literally!) on the phone with them to get their program working! It was so frustrating! By the time their third "upgrade" came along, I was done! So I looked for other platforms. Their platforms were subpar at best. Then I found BoldSign! I'm here to stay!

    This program is very easy to use. When your at the Dashboard, everything is right there at a glance, what documents are waiting for me to sign, what documents are waiting for others to sign, if a sent document needs attention like wrong email address, along with a section of completed documents. It is the absolute BEST program I've used for electronic signatures! Once you have created a document for signature, you can add additional names and email addresses to send the document to, you can name your document, you can add a note for the individuals you're asking to sign the document ~ its all VERY simple! Also, if you already documents set up for signature, and you need to change a document, you can easily go back, replace the document and continue on. Their customer service is by far superb. I had a lot of questions in the beginning and they efficiently walked me through each issue I had.
    Cons:
    I can't think of anything I don't like about BoldSign. But, if I come up with something, I'll let them know.

    Because every time they "upgraded" their program, it didn't work! And I would have to spend literally hours on the phone with their tech support trying to make the program work!

    Cost and Syncfusion's reputation were the biggest factors in us choosing to go with BoldSign. We are still working on getting it setup for our organization to use.
    Cons:
    Setup with Entra has been more challenging that it should be. The instructions are not clear enough and need to provide clear end to end mapping for how to setup SSO.

    Cons:
    Limitations of editing documents. Smaller checkboxes would be a nice touch so they don't overlap with text on 10-12 print documents.

    Boldsign over your major E-Sign programs!

    Overall we have had a wonderful experience for the first few months we've been using it. It offers us more flexibility with how many envelopes we purchase because the value is there. We are happy customers.

    Boldsign has almost all of the same features you would get with your major e-signing companies, but at a much better price point. The price per envelope and not being forced into an added cost for customer support is what drew us to BoldSign. Their customer support has been amazing. Implementation was a breeze with their customer support transporting all of our templates for us. User management is very easy as well.
    Cons:
    It doesn't accept file types .doc or .xlsx so we have to convert everything to PDF prior to uploading. Cannot edit to reset signing order after envelope has been sent.

    Cons:
    When I save a template and then try to reuse it for a different recipient, I can not edit the Title from the original recipient to the new recipient - only the name and email can be edited. I'm new to BoldSign so there may be a fix for this, but I haven't found it yet.

It was incredibly easy to set up, and I was sending consent forms out within minutes. While there are a few minor features I’d like to see added in the future, the value for money is unbeatable.     The dashboard is clean, modern, and very easy to navigate. I didn't need a tutorial to figure out how to send my first document. Also, setting up an account and sending a document for signature takes just a few minutes. The process is streamlined and friction-free. My clients find it very easy to sign documents on their phones or computers without creating an account.
    Cons:
    My main grapple is with organization—I wish I could group my templates into folders, as it gets messy after you create a few dozen. Also, I've had a few clients report that the emails ended up in their spam folders, so I sometimes have to double-check that they received the link. Aside from those minor points, it works well.

    BoldSign is the best way to E-Sign

    I brought our business' e-signature contracting over from Docusign just a month or two ago. So far, we appreciate the friendly, promptness of customer service, the simple transition of our templates as well as seamless and ease of use for our employees in the functionality of BoldSign. Not to mention, such an affordable cost with no hidden fees, of which we were dealing with year over year increases with Docusign, despite no changes in our services.

    I have had a great experience thus far. They make the system easy enough so people have different options I can make a link last for 6 months or edit them all. The links can go out to multiple people so i don't need to make 100 i love that part.

    I enjoy being able to access my documents instantly when everyone has signed them. The software sends to both parties which makes my job easier. This software does make it so i can get paperwork out as soon as i need to do it. The cost is not bad they give you different things to choose from the value for the money is perfect. Having templates makes my life so much easier I just grab the link and send it to the client. The contract signing (we call it service agreement) is so simple. It makes it so clients can sign up fast.
    Cons:
    The hardest part was learning the system but after I got the hang of it i had no issues. I am glad it was simple
