    BoldSign is easy to use with a very short learning curve. The security features are excellent, and the contract tracking makes it simple to see where everything stands. It’s helped us streamline our signing process and close deals faster. Great value and highly recommended.
    Cons:
    Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about this product—it’s reliable, easy to use, and works great.

    BoldSign is extremely easy to use, both for sending and receiving documents. The interface is clean and intuitive, and it gives excellent visibility into where each document is in the signing process. Being able to track status at a glance has been especially helpful for our team.
    Cons:
    There’s very little to dislike. The only small drawback we’ve experienced is that some customization options (like branding or template flexibility) could be a bit more robust. It hasn’t impacted our workflow, but it’s an area that could be expanded.

    We love that BoldSign has unlimited signature requests. Other companies will get you on their service just to later let you know you only get 100 signature requests before you have to pay more.
    Cons:
    BoldSign will glitch occasionally with the signature requests we send out. Its not a perfect service but it does the job fairly well.

    Its way too expensive for what you get. I wanted BoldSign because it was less expensive and I got more features and unlimited signature requests.

    Cost and Syncfusion's reputation were the biggest factors in us choosing to go with BoldSign. We are still working on getting it setup for our organization to use.
    Cons:
    Setup with Entra has been more challenging that it should be. The instructions are not clear enough and need to provide clear end to end mapping for how to setup SSO.

    Look no further. BoldSign is simple to use, affordable, with GREAT support.

    I work with a non-profit and we've moved our on-boarding online. I researched what our options were with other companies that offer e-signatures. After struggling to learn how to use another companies product I started looking for something simpler. I found BoldSign and was immediately able to intuit how to set up a document. AND the price was better than the other company. I had a few questions and between their chat and email support, help was and is readily available.

    It's easy to use, affordable and the customer support is remarkable! The website is very well designed. It's super easy to use and you can easily see who has yet to sign, who has signed, who has viewed a document and easily send a reminder text. It's all very well thought out.
    Cons:
    Nothing. Every aspect has been great. From the support asking questions about the different plans they offer to follow up. They genuinely wanted me to be happy with my decision.

    Price is why I didn't explore DocuSign and then after struggling with OpenSign I started looking again. I saw an ad maybe, anyway, I just clicked the link, tried the free version and immediately was successful creating a document. I also liked that you suggested PDF originals as they're more secure.

    Great service for electronic forms and contracts

    This is an excellent electronic signature and form completion service for my small business. They offer attractive low cost services that fill my needs. I use the service to have tenants complete lease agreements. It is easy to use with my own contract templates. It provides options to identify form fields and assign them to different potential recipients. The service provides good messaging to me and the customer when forms are available and when they have been completed. I can also view the status of any document on the web dashboard. The service also provides an evidence log of interaction with the form and signatures by the associated parties
    Cons:
    I do not have any complaints about this service. It has always worked for my use case and enabled me to get electronic signatures on contracts.

    The user interface is very easy to master, even for someone who is new to creating electronic documents for signing. My workflow involves sending signature requests to 100+ people at a time and BoldSign works perfectly. My counterparties have no problems with signing at all. I appreciated the free trial to test the premium features before signing up. Getting the paid account set up was quite fuss-free, and customer/sales support was very strong. They replied to me within an hour when I had trouble sending out a mass signature request and solved the issue promptly.
    Cons:
    More advanced search features to check whether signatories have completed the signature request would be good.

    So far, I like the simplicity of the instructions. I had the free version first, and then I decided to continue with a paid version for my private practice. At my regular job, this is the tool we use and I love that the client's can sign using their phones.
