Making a lengthy medical questionnaire + code of conduct into a 3 minute tick and sign. Paper is dead.

Amazing - when I look at the finished app and consider how as I realised what was possible with Google Forms adding signatures we were on a roll

Pros:

For years we used Google Forms and then "improved" the experience with Google Appsheet to get for example photo I.D. However, we were not able to implement document signing (indeed we have multiple signatures). BoloForms translates Google Forms or start in BoloForms. There are always features we need that are not available "out of the box". Sometimes just need to understand the app while others were added. Overall, the support team at BoloForms have replied at a quite fantastic rate - currently delivering 100% success to allow us to deliver a registration app that reroutes according to responses. Then the classic Google Sheet updates complete with signature image. Special mention to [sensitive content hidden] for his cheery positive and professional approach.

Cons:

Nothing all great - and we're working with R2L and L2R justified. As with all new apps there's a learning curve, but their online help screens were great.

Unlimited plan saves us monthly expenses from using other known apps. We like that all our users can be managed in 1 interface

Cons:

Some technical issues that need to be addressed, application is great and the staff supporting it are very responsive to resolve issues.

Overcharged and no customer support

Overall when the form worked it was great. When the form didn't work and I found out I was also being charged triple and customer service wouldn't respond for nearly a month and not resolve the issue, I realized I was being scammed.

For was nice when it worked, however randomly at different time the form would not work leaving me to contact support for help.

Cons:

The form would randomly stop working. After contacting support I realized I was also being charged triple the amount and support constantly ignored my requests for refund.

I've been using Bolo for a good while now. I love its clean interface and the ease of use. Primarily the quality of the authenticated signed contracts is much better than most competitors out there

Cons:

It doesn't allow me to change the date format to UK so it's sometimes a bit confusing seeing dates with the month and the day in the wrong order

I think I picked a winner for eSignature.

Ease of use and excellent support staff. The document signing is straightforward, and seems to work. PDF editing is intuitive. It is a cost effective option for eSignature.

Cons:

The support team is very good and answering questions, and understanding your objectives. They actually took the time to listen, and made an effort to understand my objectives.

Most Innovative Sign Platform

Overall this has been a feature rich innovative tool. Once they make some tweaks the UI, this will be a class leading product.

Pros:

Once you get acclimated how things work, Boloforms has more features than any of their competitors. They constantly create innovate new approaches to acquiring structured data and getting documents executed

Cons:

The downside of being feature heavy is sometimes things dont work. I encountered random issues where a client was getting an error every time they tried to open the form even though in the dashboard, the form is awaiting their signature. The fields implementation is tedious. I like that it exists and is pretty comprehensive but it can get redundant. Copy and paste seems to missing. I would like a better UI with how the Google Forms input and the end document should be viewed on the same screen. They should not shy away from APIs and webhooks; integrate with Pabbly Connect please.

easy of use! the UX/UI part can't get any better!! I loved it !!!

Cons:

maybe if you guys focus on Arab users and more customizable things/ custom fonts! / RTL experiences, it would definitely get you more attention to arab users. i would point out one issue with the translations to Arabic, i would say don't rely on Google as the source of translating everything, please consider my review and i may help you out to solve lost of thing + get you in track with giants in the market! one more thing that i would add is SMTP to Add more Custom branding!

Great product with a huge potential to be #1 in the space

I don't understand why API access is an add-on. In today's world where open api's are pretty much a given and free with any new product I don't understand why it would be a separate charge.
