    Its incredibly starightforward UI that doesn't stress customers when signing docs is a plus for me. Also considering my line of duty my hands are often greasy and dirty in such a way that to manually sign papers at the middle of a busy day can be quite tricky.     Evia Sign is a such a remarkable tool that stood out for me. It's combination of easy setting up process, quick and seamless adoption and implementation, UI that is easy to surf through and award winning support I get from the team, set it apart from all it's competitors. It also comes with incredible features and continue to innovate and I have found most of them soo helpful. From multiple signing options to multiparty signing which makes customers life soo easy . In addition it automates the signing process by creating a reusable form for repetitive signing. Security and compliance is guaranteed through e-signature regulation compliance , document authentication and signature history and audit trail which you can refer to.
    Cons:
    There is nothing I dislike about Evia Sign . It has proven to be profitable investment that gives you the convenience of ratifying docs from anywhere anytime

    Evia is a simple app and does not need much training. It is very user friendly and has a reasonable audit trail as well.
    Cons:
    Sometime there is a loading delay for longer documents. Also I have experienced that for excel documents which are converted, the screen size needs to change manually to load pages.

    Convenience to upload the document & place the signatories as well as comment boxes. Also the ability to drag and place the signatory position is very easy to use. Simplified user interface a very positive one.
    Cons:
    If we can improve signature placement (when we type the name of the signatory, if it can align automatically with Name, Designation & signature box on the top), that could make the use easier. Why we need this is , different staff members mention the names & designations differently and it doesn't show any uniformity in the document.

    Time savings and paper savings is a positive out come for the organization. Movement of physical documents also reduced.
    Cons:
    When one signing authority is declined it get declined all together. Also if one person is not available can not be re-routed.
