My business partner told me about this software so I decided to try it in my own company. The problem was that I’d noticed some departments got less productive so I needed to change something in the company’s business process. My IT department installed the program on all company computers within an hour so I can say that the installation is super quick and easy. Further, the app recorded all user activities and showed them to me in graphs and charts so i could check every worker’s productivity. The app helped me detect slackers in several departments and boost their productivity.

The decision to implement this kind of system in my office, was probably one of the best I have made for my business. A friend of mine who is also a business owner, but with more employees, also uses a system like that, but a more expensive one. So after hearing from him about it, I decided to get one as well. I chose CleverControl mostly because it offered fully-featured free version, so I was able to test out all functions first, and the license was not as expensive as this software can be. And it does do a very good job with keeping all activity off all 18 of my office computers. I can see who is idle and who is the most hardworking. It turned out that one of my new young employees, whom I thought of as not too hard-working, is one of the most productive staff members in the company so far. She is just not too vocal about her work progress. For a head of a small company this program makes it very easy to find truth in case any incident ever happens in the workplace, because you are often the one who makes all decisions.

We have discovered that the staff was not using their work time well, and in addition we have been able to extract bad elements from the company.

I am not too concerned about employees using social media from time to time or get distracted from the computer because I do understand that it is impossible to work for 8 hours straight in front of a screen. But at the same time, I wanted to see if any of the staff members tend to abuse their right for coffee breaks and snack time. And with this software, it is easy to do. I can see full statistics of each employee - most visited websites, most frequently used applications and Google searches. So far with this program, I found that all of my company's employees work very well and none of them are too idle at work. I was planning to hire a few more people, but put this idea on halt for the time being, because after using CleverControl I realized that the current number of people is enough.

In summer we hire a lot of additional staff for 3-4 months, and they work on our office computers under temporary user accounts we create for them. So we needed a program that can monitor certain accounts on a PC. We read a few reviews about CleverControl and decided to try it. It worked just perfectly for us, we chose all new accounts for monitoring, and could see everything the new employees did during their working time. It was very important to make sure, that they understand the tasks and do not accidentally gain access to sensitive information. We initially wanted to use the program temporarily, but we will keep using it on all office computers.

In the last couple of months almost all of my staff started to come in late, so I finally decided to get a monitoring program for my office to boost up the productivity a little. As a small business owner, for me the cost is the priority, that's why I decided to try free programs first, and then maybe get a paid one. In addition, I am not very 'computer savvy'. I found CleverControl to be very simple and very inexpensive to use. I can check on my employees in the office even remotely from my home, which is a big advantage. Also the program is very useful - the very moment I announced that we will have this kind of system installed, the discipline went right up. With all the features, that are included in the free version, I found out that a lot of working time my employees spent on personal business, like visiting YouTube or Facebook, while also managing to do their work well. So it helped me to realize that my staff is capable of much more, if I give them the right amount of work to do.
