Pros:

Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

Cons:

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

Luigis Box is great tool for e-shops multi-market

I can highly recommend LuigisBox for 95 % of eshops. It is great product for better user experience and boost your orders. Good analytics tool to know your customers better aswell.

Luigi's box is extremely helpful in finding what customers are looking for. Very often our customers don't know exactly what the item they want is called within the industry, and the search is very helpful in selecting what the customer really wants.

Cons:

I really can't think of any downsides. It may take a little time to learn how to use all the features,but tech support is always helpful.

It gets the job done

Overall I can say that it is a useful tool, we track what the customers are looking for in our e-shop and in case we do not have what they lok for, we can implement it into our portfolio.

For our two websites, we use Luigi’s Box, and it is a very powerful search tool with background statistics. The tool solved our problem of insufficient descriptions, filtering, and categorization of parameters. These parameters become irrelevant with a powerful search engine. At the same time, we can track what our customers are looking for and adjust the website’s offerings to the demand. The AI handles the search very well, so customers don’t even have to browse the entire site.

Very good tool, how to find out what people need from us. A visual effective dashboards and a lot of strategic information's about products and searches without results.

Cons:

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.
