About ComplianceGO

ComplianceGO is an environmental software designed to help businesses in the construction, municipal and other sectors coordinate with colleagues to manage inspections. The white-labeled platform enables managers to capture on-site data using built-in forms in different formats.

Administrators can configure role-based permissions for staff members to access inspection details and documents. ComplianceGO offers a GoWeather module, which allows teams to pinpoint precipitation values on a unified interface. Additionally, supervisors can also track permits, manage assignments and automatically email inspection reports to relevant personnel.

ComplianceGO lets stakeholders add sites, view maps and gain insights into multiple projects in real-time on a centralized dashboard. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, chat, email, videos and an online contact form.

Job Site Compliance

I use it as another tool in my tool box. Being QSP and CESSWI certified its nice to have an application to fall back on if you ever need to.

Pros:

I love that I can track the compliance of my job site. corrective action time frames give you a deadline to get your job back into compliance. I particularly like that I can also log my NOAA weekly reports on the same app.

Cons:

I would like some of the questions to be site specific. I have a few n/a's that i have to mark weekly.

Pros:

The software is really easy to use. It is a great place for us to electronically store all of our compliance data. You can also set up email reminders so that you never miss an inspection.

Cons:

There is really not much negative to say about the software. They have the mapping system figured out really well.

Excellent product that makes it very easy to maintain and stay compliant.

We were able to maintain a city in compliance with a team of 2 people in a city of over 40,000 residents with exploding growth of residential, commercial, and industrial construction. This included almost 70 active SWPPPs at one time!

Pros:

I liked the simplicity clicking on a construction site on a map and pull up any documentation for that site. This includes the SWPPP itself, amendments, trainings, action items, corrected action items, etc. It also creates an inspection when a specific rain event happens over the site, which is very helpful. It takes so much work off your hands and is so simple to view any items.

Cons:

Every software or product has it's glitches. Once in a while, I could not login, which was frustrating. But that is all I can say bad about the product, which says a lot of good!

The ability to address action items from the office is very convenient. Removes an unnecessary site visit to the book.

Cons:

Some hardware has difficulties viewing the site maps via online viewer. This seems to have been remedied with recent update to user interface.

ComlianceGO saves so much time!

I don't like getting bogged down with the regulations and time involved with SWPPP related items on a job. This software allows you to get everything done in one place and makes project management so much easier so you can deal with the more pressing items concerning a project.

Pros:

ComplianceGO is the easiest most user friendly software for SWPPP related items for every project. Everything you need from SWPPP documents to BMP inspections all in one place that can be shared with anyone related to the project including the governing municipality.

Cons:

Once you spend the time getting to know the software (which is really user friendly), you really can't mess it up. You just need to use it a few times to get the hang of it and everything it has to offer.

The ease with which we can get in and fill out a thorough inspection for each of our sites all on 1 platform. Keeping each site 100% compliant.

Cons:

The link between cities and having to creat a pdf of the inspection to submit to other programs.

Makes an hour long paperwork marathon 10 minutes. The map feature is my favorite. Don't have to use third party software.

Cons:

Having to add people and roles individually is a pain.

the software is easy to use for a not so computer savvy user like myself. its very self explanatory and user friendly. the maps feature is great for use in the field on my tablet to keep the SWPPP fully updated

Cons:

the lack of shapes for use on the maps, run out of good options on larger projects with multiple changes in BMP's
