Pros:

Marking is greatly simplified compared to other alternatives. Statistics and data are readily available and are very useful as a tool for review and improvement of the academic process. Students like to layout and find the system easy to use. The process for uploading assessment questions is simple and quick.

Cons:

Some of the card creation processes are unnecessarily complex and require multiple steps to complete.

Easy to Use and Helpful – My Review of DigiAssess

Overall, my experience was really good. DigiAssess helped save time, was easy to use, and worked well for different types of tests. I would definitely recommend it to others who need a good tool for assessments.

Pros:

I liked how easy it was to use. Creating and setting up assessments was simple, and students found it easy to use too. It made the whole process smoother for both teachers and students.

Cons:

There’s nothing I disliked about the tool itself. The only problem was that it didn’t work well in the basement during skill lab sessions because of poor internet, but that wasn’t the app’s fault.

PERSPECTIVE FROM A TRAINER

The software is an essential part of our exam process and a growing part of our session delivery. The team behind it have been immensely supportive throughout the development and integration process - always on hand to help remotely or in person.

Pros:

Once familiar with the product, the interface is easy to use. Personally for me this is a great time saving resource for exam and session management. Building something that allows Trainees, Trainers and Management to each get something valuable, it is a flexible, intuitive and agile piece of software.

Cons:

The Trainee registration aspect of the software didn't work for us. With some Trainees being covered it caused delays at the initial session sign in.

In our system, we can conduct the exam in multiple ways like below, 1. We can conduct the exam on the test center in our developed desktop application which will use minimal internet connection. 2. We can conduct the exam on the test center through safe browser with LAN connection. 3. We can conduct the exam on the test center through safe browser with cloud. 4. We can conduct the exam through online with any browser. Assessment preparation is very easy to handle and create items with zero mistakes. Reports and analytics module is a most important role of this system. This will help to see the item quality, test reliability of the items, item weightage, outcome gaps program level and course level, achievement gaps with individual student along with overall student of the class. All the above mentioned reports we can see in one place. This is the beauty of the system.

Thank you for resolving all the issues. Our exams went very smoothly. We greatly appreciate the assistance you have provided.

Cons:

Sometime the assessment pages get refreshed and the pages get updated mid exam. I wish that there is a colour change in the time for example: start black, then change to red close to the end of the exam ( last minute or so)
