"E.g. total size for uploading pictures is limited to 20MB, which is way too low for report with supporting pictures."
"The syncing is a pain in the butt and sometimes the guys will have to hit force sync about 5-6 times before everything decides that it should just sync already which is also, a pain. If you aren't computer literate backend is a horror show to view."
