About ServMan
ServMan by WorkWave is an ERP solution designed for larger field service businesses, including those operating in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and elevator maintenance verticals. ServMan provides both on-premise and cloud-based options for enterprise management and accounting in the field service space.
Key features include work order management, mapping and route management, inventory management, scheduling and a fully modernized mobile app, available on both iOS and Android devices. Users can assign tasks and create job schedules for technicians in the field, enabling users to create new quotes and work orders, print documents and process payments in the field, all while syncing information with the back office in real time.
The contract management feature allows users to create, execute and administer service contracts, from the initial quoting and pricing stage to renewal and billing of contract. The solution also provides time and route tracking tools to measure field activities of technicians, along with time clock and payroll functionality. Many benefits, for example the dispatching was a huge benefit for us since we are in the service business. You can move jobs around with ease. Marketing reports has been very helpful for us. I need you learn more about this tool but so far the way I am using it has been helpful. We are moving forward with implementing coaching and tracking. We are so looking forward to using this tool.

ServMan has proven to be a useful system for managing Sales leads and Installation jobs in the Service sector. It was easy to implement and quick for users to pick up, insuring a seamless transition from our older system to ServMan. ServMan offers a wide range of features, and has been essential in providing all departments with access and visibility to customer orders at the click of the button, while at the same time allowing administrators to modify and limit settings for users based on their job role. Customer service and resolution timeframe have been excellent.
