This program is perfect for us because it had what we wanted and excluded what we didn't want, such as the ability to have skype calls, myfitnesspal and other integrations that could complicate the user experience for us.

The customer service has been second to none--and most of the issues have been on my end, not theirs.

As a coach who writes a lot of individualized and team-based training, the ability to create templates, customize exercises, track progress, and update workouts on the fly saves me hours every week.

What I find difficult to understand is that some core features – like broadcast messaging or the ability to share documents with clients – are only available with an upgrade.
