"A few times when I ran into some issues on the app, the chatbot just seemed to be equipped with a ton of knowledge - I never had to call human support as the chatbot has always helped me fix the issues, maybe I haven't faced a serious technical problem anyway, but it's cool, and I love it."

"if you have any issue at all good luck getting someone, only chat box is available and they have little to no answers, typical corporate stuff like dodge the actual question and make you ask it in 10 different ways to get an answer."
