"The biggest challenge with CharityTracker hasn’t been the platform itself, but encouraging agencies and churches to understand the value of consistent data entry. Although the system is HIPAA-compliant and designed to support data-informed decision-making, some partners hesitate because they feel they lack the staff time for input."
"There are a few glitches within the system specifically we were scanning barcodes for our clients for attendance and meals. when we went to run the report we found even though we followed the steps it stated, none of our data had been saved for a couple of months."
