Adobe InDesign vs Flip PDF Plus: Which is best for you?

It's inability to work effectively from files saved on network drives means i have to copy files to a local drive before working on them.

I love the one time fee and unlimited usage, the option to host my own flipbooks with my own URL and without the FlipBuilder watermarks makes my flipbooks more professional than some much larger companies.

My only disappointment with it is the omission of the epub3 export and also the exported HTML 5 format is almost unmodifiable in other HTML applications.
