About Examinlab

ExaminLab is Arca24's screening test platform that identifies the best candidates and makes your hiring decisions faster, easier, and bias-free.
Our library offers language and professional skills tests based on CAT technology (Computerised Adaptive Tests).

These adaptive tests: the system is constantly calculating the candidate’s estimated ability depending on what they get right and wrong, and presents them with a personalized set of questions.

Tests can be done remotely from any device and are available in 6 languages.

The platform offers two macro types of tests: language tests and business tests.

Language tests: adaptive tests on the fluency of the main European languages (English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese), non-European languages (Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Russian) and business languages (English, French and German).

The result is expressed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Modern Languages (from basic level A1 to proficiency level C2).

Test specialist: adaptive tests for the evaluation of proficiency in Microsoft Office or administrative-accounting skills.

Soluzione perfetta per i test di ingresso

Da tempo stavamo cercando una piattaforma per la somministrazione di test online di lingue. Siamo un istituto di formazione linguistica e, pertanto, abbiamo sempre la necessità di testare il livello iniziale di tutti gli Studenti che si iscrivono ai nostri corsi per creare classi omogenee. La piattaforma ha soddisfatto pienamente le nostre aspettative!

Piattaforma per la somministrazione di test online linguistici e non solo. Facilissima da utilizzare in quanto tutte le funzionalità sono molto intuitive. Catalogo dei test veramente ampio: test di inglese/francese/tedesco/spagnolo/italiano/cinese/russo/etc. Tutti i test sono adattivi: solo 30 domande (invece delle solite70/100 domande degli altri test utilizzati finora) per individuare con precisione il livello iniziale dei nostri studenti!

I test sono facilmente somministrabili alle risorse in database, alle quali arriva una mail di richiesta da parte del Recruiter. A ns. volta riceviamo riscontri e valutazioni complessivamente valide e complete. E' un buon metodo per valutare le risorse a seconda delle loro caratteristiche personali/professionali in modo da poter fare una selezione iniziale più veloce senza sottoporre da subito al colloquio.

Cons:

Le mail che ricevono i candidati spesso vengono inserite nello spam oppure ignorate dall'utenza. Il testo della mail dovrebbe essere più accattivante e chiaro nel cosa si sta sottoponendo.

Il vantaggio maggiore è la possibilità di somministrare test ben fatti e studiati su competenze specifiche che consentono una comparazione oggettiva e standardizzata su profili simili.

Cons:

Gli svantaggi sono sempre quelli tipici dei test: la possibilità che il candidato abbia risposto al test in un determinato modo per casualità, stress o mancata comprensione.
