"The functionality of seeing who is recognized in your work circle, as well as the automatic reminders for upcoming recognitions for anniversaries, are the most useful in my opinion, as they help foster a culture of reignition."
"It's an awesome and complete tool to recognize employees, the best perk is that the tool is very efficient, so whenever there is a recognition to anyone is fast and that credit is available to be used for a lot of variety of gift cards, those gift cards also come really fast to your email and they always work."
