MindManager vs MindMeister : Which is best for you?

My overall experience with MindManager has been really good, it has helped me brainstorm ideas with my team and also helped me arrange presentations with its tools and diagrams.

It nags me for upgrades even after paying hundreds of pounds for a licence. Although it's easy to publish a map so others can view it, if you want people to collaborate and edit the map you have to pay a significant additional licence.

The huge benefit it is already has all the tabs for different options (eg "what could we improve" and "what could we learn") so that we're collecting both positive and negative feedback.

The support team’s responses have been slow and ineffective, repeatedly asking for screen recordings and technical details without addressing the root cause.
