Coupler.io is a reliable, well-designed automation tool that delivers exactly what it promises: clean, scheduled data syncs with minimal friction. It may not try to be an all-in-one data warehouse, but for spreadsheet-driven organizations that value simplicity, transparency, and control, it’s an excellent solution.

Cons:

It took a little bit of time to connect to stripe. For some reason i kept making new stripe accounts. I think i have it resolved now

I was able to easily connect my CRM into looker studio. I also think the price is perfect, very affordable compared to others.

Cons:

No complaints at the moment, everything is great. I've researched lots of other software and no others compare.

A loyal long time user from the previous Airtable importer.

In the past, I am willing to pay for the subscription for that purpose at that price, but not willing to pay for a product that I just use the minimal feature.

Reliable HubSpot → Power BI automation that saves hours

Overall Quality: Coupler.io delivers excellent value for money. The setup was very straightforward, with almost no learning curve – we had our HubSpot data flowing into Power BI in less than 30 minutes. Value for Money: At $24/month for the Personal plan, it’s very cost-effective compared to the time saved. Ease of Use & Learning Curve: Extremely easy to set up, even without technical skills. The UI is clear and intuitive. Automation: The daily refresh means no more manual exports. Our dashboards are always up to date. Data Extraction & Data Management: We pull multiple HubSpot objects (deals, companies, contacts, emails, calls) without issue. Data comes through cleanly, and the option to manage columns and formulas is a big plus.

Great for Data Automation – Especially with HubSpot

Our experience with Coupler.io has been very positive. It made automating and organizing our data much easier, and it offered a great mix of features and pricing out of all the tools we tested. Everything worked as expected, and it handled our HubSpot integration especially well, which was a challenge with other platforms.

Coupler.io is very intuitive and easy to use, even for people without a technical background. The ability to filter data before importing was especially helpful for improving the quality of our analysis. Also, finding and mapping properties from HubSpot was much easier here compared to other tools we tested. The customer support was fast and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

Cons:

There’s nothing major to complain about, but the platform is only available in English. It would be great to have it translated into other languages to make it more accessible for global teams.

Coupler.io has been an excellent tool for integrating QuickBooks Online with Power BI. The setup process was straightforward, and the platform is incredibly easy to use. Great tool to blend multiple data sources from different Youtube channels

I have been using Coupler to create combined analytics reports from different Youtube channels and it works great, technical support guided me through the whole process to set it up exactly how I needed it. Since I'm not a data specialist, this tool helps a lot.

The ability to create complicated reports and blend data without issues that otherwise are not possible, for example with Looker Studio alone.

Cons:

It can really get pricey when adding multiple data connections, for example a Youtube channel needs 6 data connections each, so if you want to blend data from 10 Youtube channels it gets really expensive.
