"I originally started with the lowest-tier plan, which included no directed onboarding aside from some links (even 20 minutes talking to someone would have made a huge difference) and no access to a live person for support when something appeared to not be working properly were the most frustrating things for me. While the Q&A catalog is helpful, it’s not sufficient when something isn’t working as described."
"NO support for the lowest tier plan ($35/month), they break parts of the product & refuse to tell me how to fix it, can't sync with multiple calendars, payments are slow, no option for overnight pet sitting in the clients home"
"There is a “work around” for pricing, depending on your pricing policies, however, they do have an upgrade for “dynamic pricing” but I really cant afford it right now."
