With reimporting, current KioskBuddy settings such as time controls and order of items should not be affected. If there are new additions when reimporting, this does require manual steps to apply new desired settings. The current design of KioskBuddy is to keep a "copy" of your Square Item Library, so reimporting is necessary if changes are made to your Square Item Library. In the event of an insufficient gift card balance and if you have Split Payments enabled, the customer should see a message that says "Gift card has insufficient funds. Please use the Split Payments option." This should help direct your customers to the appropriate payment setting. Thank you for your feedback on the "grayed out" payment options - at this time, that is the only style design, but we will take your feedback into consideration to help improve these buttons.
