"In addition, Tovuti cannot be used without an internet connection, there is no way for our employees to continue a course they are taking or continue reading a book when they are our of the office and have no mobile data signal, when trying to access the App, they will not be successful; this is quite negative, it would be great if our employees could use Tovuti regardless of whether they have an internet connection."
"The back end is complex and needs better support than what is offered, especially for customers outside off the US who cannot access email support in real time due to time differences."
