"Wish there were some quick refresher or just key points trainings of 5-10 min. Reporting - not as simple, seems clunky, maybe i'm just still learning how to use reporting but i find it easier to summarize all classes, % complete and who hasn't completed all in one space in excel vs can't seem to get a report like that in TT."
