- All our aws monitoring dashboard are built from cloudwatch, all lambdas, KMS, RDS have cloudwatch logs, you can turn it on for each operation can check what happens for that operation, it is very easy to use and learn how to query what you need.
- I don't like how it can become expensive for large-scale applications and resources, as costs depend on the volume of monitored metrics and alarms.
- It started nicely, the onboarding was fairly good, but the longer we used it the more problems we encountered - bugs, slow loading times, budget reached very quickly etc.
