"The heavy customization of MieTrak opens up when you have staff that are knowledgeable about SQL and report writing. While MieTrak support will write custom reports and scripts; new users of the software would see much more creative use of the tools within MieTrak if their own staff understand the underlying system."
"The supplemental features like EDI, mobile warehouse, Quickbooks, Auto-Emailing features, and automated backups help make this worth the investment. "
