About Group Leads

Group Leads is a cloud-based lead generation solution, designed to help businesses create Facebook group funnels and convert newly added members into leads and paying customers. The dashboard enables supervisors to discover, filter and export new Facebook group member data along with their history.

Group Leads’ helps users decline spammers from joining the group and automatically tag new group members while approving them. It lets team members auto approve members, add lead information to Google sheet and populate the mailing list automatically. It comes with an auto-message decline feature, which lets users send custom messages based on various criteria.

Group Leads offers integration with several third-party applications such as InfluencerSoft, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, SendFox, MailingBox, and more. The solution is available on both monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via email.

Great Software to Capture FB Group Leads

I had a great experience. My auto responder was not in their list so I contacted founder and he got that added within 48 hours. I highly appreciate the efforts they are putting in.

Pros:

Its a great software to capture leads and send them directly to the website list using in-built Auto Responders. The software works great with new Facebook layout as well which tells how responsive the development team is in making changes to their system. I highly recommend this to everyone. One of the best in the industry for sure. We should not let our FB group leads go waste if their is already a solution in place for this. Group Leads even have a cloud based panel as well to store all the data and export it anytime rather than locating things in Google Sheets only.

Cons:

Nothing as such I can see. It has pretty much all the essential features needed already.

Amazing product for solopreneurs!

Pros:

Time saving and easy which means I actually can do something with my email list.

Cons:

I dislike that there are not more attempts to collect if first payment fails due to banking timelines taking 3-5 business days to complete incoming payments 1 day to resolve is not enough time. I also usually have to contact customer service to get things set back up vs easily being able to resolve this myself.

Pros:

It connects with Google Drive which allows us to create lists HubSpot. The site's FAQs are helpful.

Cons:

Customer service is non-existent for a company based outside of the US. The software sometimes disconnects from Google Sheets.

It does so much more than other products out there. The automations are awesome. I love being able to add leads to my email list and automatically send them a message when thye join my group.

Cons:

It sometimes disconnects from my browser and I need to reconnect it.

I love that it does exactly what it's supposed to do with no to few bugs in my experience. It makes things extremely convenient as before I would have to copy and paste email addresses to my mailing list software. Though I don't use it, you can send welcome notes or a rejection explanation to each new member. Group Leads is constantly updated and the developer informs us of updates beforehand.

Cons:

Nothing, it does its job exactly. I don't have any complaints as the developer updates once there's an issue.

Group Leads is a HUGEEEE timesaver if you have a private Facebook group with entry questions.

Cons:

It sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work for me. But it always seems to work for my VA so it's probably user error on my end, to be honest.

GroupLeads To the Rescue

I was very impressed at how quickly tech support responded to my question and diagnosed that my google sync was off. Once that was identified the tool was operational.

Pros:

The software is simple and offers the basic to meet the needs of capturing the answers to the questions people asking when they join a group. Some of the tools out there have so many features they are hard to use. This extension does exactly what is says in a very easy way. I was able to get it installed and operating in less than 30 minutes!

Cons:

I was a bit confused about how the enable/disabled buttons works at first, It was not clear at first, but once I watched a video I understood.

Fantastic Tool

I compared the 3 main players in this space and we chose Group Leads because it was the ONLY one that allows you to approve members individually (vs only the Approve All feature). With hundreds of people requesting accessing to our group each week, this makes it so much easier. Also, it allows direct integration to our CRM without needing Zapier!

Cons:

So far, there isn't anything we don't' like about this software.
