Apparently there sign up screen show the monthly charge for a "annual" contact and when you think you are signing up for a month it hits you up for a year. And then they only give you 7 days for a refund, like who is going to notice it on their statement in 7 days.

On the bright side, their support team is excellent—real people, not bots, respond quickly to queries. If they could improve the user experience and make it more intuitive, I’d happily give them a 5-star rating.
