monday.com vs Priority Matrix: Which is best for you?

monday.com requires a minimum of three paid users, and essential features (Gantt charts, time tracking, advanced reporting) are often locked behind more expensive tiers. Although functional, the mobile app doesn’t always match desktop capabilities and has some issues.

I also use the app on my phone regularly which allows me to add tasks, comments, notes or subtasks while in the field / out on site.

However, the occasional task deletion or movement issue and the lag in the notes tab hinder its overall efficiency. While these setbacks are frustrating, they have not overshadowed the product's potential.
