Key features include audience targeting, conversion tracking, brand management, campaign management and distribution management.

Users can create customizable lead forms and calls to action for business websites that can include quizzes with custom questions and widgets that let users calculate return on investment (ROI), savings, percentages and discounts. Outgrow widgets can be embedded on users’ blogs, websites or in popups.

Additionally, Outgrow features charts and graphs, funnel visualizations and lead management. Users can also send personalized marketing emails through the solution. Integrations include MailChimp, Marketo, Hubspot and Pardot.

Cons:

Look many subscription products, I wish I could customize my the templates on my current plan. Besides that it's a great lead-gen product.

Powerful, highly customizable forms + excellent support

The support is great and we are really happy that we found Outgrow after testing many other tools! After getting the requirements did try most of the major tools and each one of them had either a limitation with logic or with design.

Pros:

I use Outgrow to build advanced lead-capture forms for client projects, and it’s been a strong choice. The conditional logic builder is intuitive, the editor is genuinely easy to work with, and the forms look great on mobile thanks to solid responsive design. Customization is a standout, both visually and in logic, so we can match very specific requirements without fighting the tool. Setup was also quick, and their support team is fast, knowledgeable, and proactive when you get stuck.

Cons:

The only friction we’ve hit is not specific to Outgrow but around the Pipedrive integration, specifically field mapping. You can map fields, but the one-to-one limitation means we sometimes need a workaround depending on how the client’s Pipedrive fields are structured. That said, it’s more of an integration constraint than an Outgrow problem.

The other tools either had design or logic limitations which did not work for this project. We had very specific layout requirements and workflow requirements that we were only able to implement in Jotform

A tool with all features one might need, which sadly are absolutely not reliable.

I had very high hopes for the product due to its robustness and very affordable price. Yet the quality and reliability of the features as well as the customer support experience turned up to be absolutely substandard. Yet, we still use the platform because the alternatives lack the conditional messages feature.

In comparison with the other tools, Outgrow is a very robust platform. In particular, it is the only one that allows to show the conditional messages based on the multiple variables.

Cons:

In Outgrows it is possible to perform calculations in two ways: excel formulas and native formulas. Excel gives correct result yet the speed is so slow that it makes the calculator practically unusable. The native formulas run fast yet the results are often incorrect and the customer support can't do anything to fix them. Customer support is the single worst CS experience I have ever experienced in my life.

Great company with wonderful customer service

I like that their chat is easy to reach, and they always respond quickly. I have never seen a company that so readily customizes their plans to meet the needs of their individual customers.

Pros:

First of all, the Outgrow quizzes offer lots of customization options which is great -- particularly if you have a quiz in mind where result computation might not be so straightforward. Second, the chat is always available if you need help, and they're really fast with their answers. Third, Outgrow has been very flexible and welcoming in terms of pricing when I needed another feature that was not included in my plan. They say they offer custom plans for small businesses, and they really do! If you're not sure they have a plan that's right for you, talk with them and they'll create a plan that's right.

Cons:

Nothing really. Whenever I've had an issue, they were quick to resolve it.

The most powerful tool to deliver interactive customer experiences

This is a massive tool for anyone who would need a tool for fun, entertaining or educative lead capture and scoring. You can simply create the most interactive elements for your potential customers and drive them further down the funnel. It's easy to use. It's customizable. And you are helped all along the way from the good support team. This is my now prefered tool, and I haven't stopped finding ways to utilize it even more.

Outgrow is a powerful tool to do calculators and customer experiences. It's easy to use, and the combination of lead capturing, PDFs, and custom calculations makes it extremely valuable. This can be used for both the simple: "Who do you look like most from Friends' to what our use case have been: Creating extensive match and roi calculations to give our potential customers the most customized understanding on what our product can deliver for them. And Outgrow is the right tool for that. I've have had really helpful support all along my journey, for my customized calculators. And it connects with our Hubspot, creating not only leads but we can actually utilize this deeply into the sales funnel. I have used it thoroughly and been into the depths of almost every corner, in the countless of hours working on shaping the best customer experience. I most say, it amazes me how good it is.

Cons:

Though customization is possible, it's not native enough - yet. I have seen that more and more have been possible, and with a common knowledge of css, js and html you can create an experience that resembles your brand-dna to the point. My biggest dislike is that I wish I've known this tool years ago. It would have made life such easier at previous companies.

A real impact with Outgrow

With Outgrow, we reached almost 15,000 students with limited access to guidance systems. The Outgrow platform is so intuitive that the entire structure could be built in just three days.
