Helped me grow my small business!

My business has really benefited from using Referrizer. Since Referrizer integrates with my booking software, Mindbody, it literally works automatically, without me having to do much. It has truly helped my business grow over the last 2 years.

Referrizer has been a great software for my small business. It has helped in multiple ways: 1. It has helped me generate more online reviews 2. It has helped me get more new customers through referrals (from my existing clients) and directly from visitors of my website 3. It makes it easy to communicate and send out marketing campaigns through email and text templates

Cons:

As a business owner, sometimes I'm not able to create some of my marketing campaigns until the weekend (my only free time). While they have good support, they don't offer support on the weekends (when I need it).

Great for increasing Reviews!

I highly recommend for text campaigns and getting reviews. We haven't had the best experience with the email campaigns as listed above.

I like the increase in reviews since using Referrizer and it's easy management of reputation.

Cons:

The syncing between Mindbody contacts and Referrizer's email contact list. Doesn't pull a ton of contacts if they don't select certain buttons to receive email promos and you have to instead go in and manually change each person which is very tedious when you have a large contact list.

Reasons for switching to Referrizer

Thought this was more bang for our buck since you also got text campaigns, but the email issue is a HUGE issue and definitely worth considering if you have a large contact list.

“Extremely Disappointed — Serious Mistakes, No Accountability”

“I’m extremely disappointed. [sensitive content hidden] admitted their team was 100% at fault, yet nothing was done to correct the serious damage caused to my business. Because they messaged clients who weren’t mine, I was forced to create my own website. This company caused me unnecessary stress and problems, and took no responsibility

I can even reach out to other local businesses to partner on offers to support each other. It is a robust system that I'm always learning more about to get more leads.
