Rise Vision Daily User

I use rise vision daily for my signage uploads at work. It's so easy to use and you have some many creative signs you can do.

Pros:

I love that you can now incorporate canva in your designs. Canva has become such a large creative outlet and being able to design my signs on that and use them is so helpful.

Cons:

Same as before; sometimes when updating an upload item it sometimes takes a couple of times before it refreshes but it does seem to have gotten better.

Great digital signage solution

Overall I'm very happy with it. Set up was a breeze and deploying new signage is straight forward. End users pick up on it easily.

Pros:

It's a very easy product to set up that consistently works well. Also makes training new users to the platform very easy.

Cons:

There are some small UI changes I would make but that's a very minor thing that in no way negatively affects my overall opinion.

Reasons for switching to Rise Vision

Hardware was deprecating and we wanted to try something different.

Pros:

It worked without many flaws, after the initial set up, for a few years. Then, the app was no longer available on the setup we had and it would have required an entirely new TV to use.

Cons:

It was too hard to use. I had to have my website technician set it up and change it any time it was needed. This meant delayed changes and something not many people could easily implement without technical skill.

Excellent choice for digital signage

Rise Vision has always provided excellent service. The interface, overall look and workflow is impressive.

Easy of use, deployment of media players and management of displays. Templates are dynamic and the ability to upload custom content is excellent.

Cons:

Shared presentations to sub-companies can be a bit cumbersome. It would be great to be able to share playlists with sub-compies.

Reasons for switching to Rise Vision

Rise Vision had a much better interface and was more cost effective

Fantastic, easy to train teachers and having 3 or 4 teachers responsible for adding content ensures all announcements are posted.

Pros:

Everything is easy to use and real helps with creativity! Allowing multiple teachers to add content ensures all information is covered and cross referenced.

Cons:

The app, risevision players are much better but costly. We attempt to use smart TV's with the app only but many kept kicking off or back to the home screen. App did not automatically pop up when tv was turned on each day!

The way it combines digital signage, screen sharing, and emergency alerts into one platform. We use it on a daily basis and we have no complaints or any downtime.

Cons:

There is Nothing to dislike about Rise Vision. All good, all the kids in our school love to see the images of the past events.

Rise Vision is Wonderful

Very excellent experience all in all. Our workplace has been improved with the innovation and deployment of the Rise Vision system.

Pros:

Rise Vision is easy to use and very intuitive in its installation. The support staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Cons:

No cons. At first there were the device had a hard time staying connected to the network. It took one call, and email, and about a week when I saw significant improvement. The developers came through and solved my issue right away.

Risevision just works

We’ve had a very positive experience using Rise Vision in our K–12 environment. From an IT perspective, the platform has been reliable and easy to manage, and just as importantly, it’s intuitive enough that teachers and office staff can update content without needing technical help. That has made a big difference in keeping displays current and useful across our schools. Support has also been consistently excellent—responses are quick, helpful, and genuinely focused on solving the issue. Overall, Rise Vision has been a solid, user-friendly solution that works well for both IT and non-technical staff.

It is easy to both set up and use. It comes with many slide templates. The management portal is easy to use and extremely handy if any issues come up.

Cons:

Their site licensing can get a bit expensive it you need the unlimited displays at multiple buildings

Easy to use and Creative

Overall it is easy to use and creative. Everything looks professional and not a lot of time is needed to create a polished slide.

Pros:

It is easy to use and has many templates. The graphic design is always interesting and entertaining.

Cons:

There are only a few educational templates to use. For the sports ones, you cannot remove the 'vs'. It is hard to create posts about sports if there isn't a game.

RiseVision has excellent customer service. They are quick to respond and work hard to solve your problems.

Cons:

Some of their templates are limited in what you can do with them. The are not very customizable. I would like to see more options there.
