Seamless.AI is a lead management solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to contact search, market research, lead conversion, data importing, and more on a centralized platform. With the pitch research tools, team members can conduct account research based on multiple parameters, such as email, domain, company, location, contact, and phone.

Seamless.AI enables staff members to automatically add and update the built-in address book with details, such as contact name, company, designation, email address, and phone number. It lets employees identify prospects' marketing efforts across multiple channels, including PPC, content, social networks, mobile, and SEO. Additionally, users can access common connections to generate B2B referrals based on relavant contacts, accounts, industries, revenue, technographics, and employee counts.

Its very specific search criteria and it so exclusive that it almost covers all cretiria for search reasults, so I get what i want from filtered search .
Cons:
data accurace is limited to United states and its charges for all search and open pricing is not available like uplead .

The contact data is good. Extremely price competitive. I did a 'shootout' with ZoomInfo on two occasions, assessing the contact dat veracity against a set of contacts, and Seamless edged it both times.
Cons:
UX is slightly klugey but once you get accustomed to it, the power starts to show, especially when it comes to to the integration between LinkedIn Nav and Seamless.

Seamless is as good and a fraction of the cost (on which you can never get a straight answer from Zoom).

Contract traps, zero value.

Seamless.ai failed us on two fronts: product and posture. On product, results were underwhelming and the vaunted “intent” search was practically unusable; we spent hours with tech support trying to make it behave like a tool for humans, not a robot, and got nowhere. On posture, it’s worse. Their terms require canceling more than 60 days before renewal; miss it and you’re auto-renewed for 12 months. We missed by two weeks—and they refused to help. Repeated, explicit requests to cancel were met with the same tone-deaf script to “give it another try.” This is customer retention by contract, not by value. I could never recommend this company to anyone. If you want clarity and respect, go with Surfe—straightforward pricing and no lock-ins.

Nothing. The tool didn't work for us. We tried to cancel before the renewal date, and they locked us in for another 12 months for a product we haven't used in 6 months and don't want.
Cons:
Customer retention by contract, not by value. Our results with Seamless.ai were poor, and the “intent” search never worked like a real person would use it—even after hours with support.Miss their >60-day cancellation window by two weeks and you’re auto-renewed for another 12 months—which is exactly what happened to us.

I like how quickly I can find the decision maker. I like being able to see who I will be talking with vs. searching for hours on a website.
Cons:
The price. I must be honest, the price is high for the software. But the ROI might be worth it. Would love to see a medium sized package for ramping up.

Seamless provides an amazing value compared to the traditional players in the market. I have found new contacts to go after in Seamless that had accurate contact data which makes it an amazing prospecting tool.
Cons:
I would say Seamless still has some enhancements it can make to it's tool to 'catch' it up to the tools that are on the competitor offerings.

Value for the money. Compared to other options, this is affordable. The one technical issue I had was tackled quickly and effectively. It is son intuitive to use. It integrates seamlessly with Hub Spot. I love it and I have told all my friends in sales and who are business owners looking for B2B contacts, Seamless.Ai is great.
Cons:
Some of the data is inaccurate. With any system, there are flaw, but compared to buying a list from joe at the B2B contacts.com this is a lot more accurate. But it could be better

The platform makes it very easy to discover potential leads, especially for outbound sales teams. I particularly like the speed of the search and the ability to enrich company and contact data in a few clicks. For sales prospecting and lead generation it can significantly accelerate workflow compared to manual research. The interface is fairly straightforward and once you understand the filters, you can build very targeted lists. The integrations with CRM systems and sales tools also help streamline the process of moving leads into sales pipelines.
Cons:
The data quality can be inconsistent. Some email addresses or phone numbers require additional verification, so it’s important not to rely on the data blindly. There are also occasional bugs or UI glitches when exporting lists or running large searches.
