Cons:

Installing and waiting to load the account and Dashboard. Sometimes it struggle to detect the Account.

A great way to leverage your Linkedin account

Pros:

I am using Waalaxy daily, with a couple of automation and, in combo with Sales Navigator, visiting and following people is the easiest way to be noticed, and to grow my network in my niche. There is a great guide to understanding the product, but essentially Waalaxy has a great UI easy to use and understand for newcomers.

Cons:

I would like to see the opportunity to build my own LinkedIn automation flow instead of using only templates (actually templates cover almost every use case so this is not a real cons)

Reasons for choosing Waalaxy

Because I was a ProspectIn customer (their other product and I made the jump on Waalaxy because of its more features and ease of use).

They are just not there

You can only speak to customer support over chat. I will take a day to get back to you if you are in the US. Overall it was a frustrating experience working with them.

I love the idea of the multichannel marketing automation platform. They have some good ideas.

Cons:

While they have some good ideas, they are poorly executed. Unless what you want to do fits in EXACTLY with what they have - it will not work. Even then, their pre-done templates are suspect. At the end of two weeks, tons of back and forth with their support and multiple campaigns - I did not get a single worthwhile thing to work. Lots of errors were generated. Little information about why those errors ocurred. They spend A LOT of tiem coming up with 'cute' little names for everything. And I mean everything. Look at their job titles on linkedin. 'Chief Pasta Officer'. 'Chief ostrich officer'. The names of the campaigns - 'Pixie Dust from Angels'. It just gets a little silly when the product doesn't work.

Waalaxy is a highly feature-rich LinkedIn automation tool.

The tool does exactly what it advertises. It offers an incredible amount of features for a very reasonable price. If cloud based automation isn't your top priority, then choose Waalaxy without hesitation. BTW, the Waalaxy team told me that they will be releasing a cloud-based version of the app shortly. That's great news!

Pros:

Waalaxy offers numerous automation features, such as automatic profile visits, messaging, connectin requests, email enrichment, and sending cold emails, etc.

Cons:

The tool requires you to keep LinkedIn open in a separate tab all the time. Would be great if it were cloud-based.

Great tool to automate your prospecting efforts and generate high-quality leads!

Pros:

What I like about Waalaxy is that it automates the process of finding and contacting leads, which can be a time-consuming task. Also, setting up our first campaign and starting prospecting immediately is so easy.

Cons:

I experience technical issues with some features, but I know they're working on it. So far, so great to use!

I could have never sent request to my aquantances like waalaxy sends, it is a super automation tool in 7 day around 200 people have been added to my profile.

Cons:

Could not find any, may be merging lists but I have not tried it yet.

Super stable, no crash, no bugs, no Linkedin blocks (important!)

It helps me to source for leads and import them into CRM, then make prospecting.

It works very smooth. Easy to install and sync with LI Sales Navigator. Very intuitive interface, just follow tips and do your work. And it could easily extract 2500 Linkedin Search results. You are able to see how are open for job search!

Cons:

Nothing at the moment. I mean it! I can't say the price doesn't cover the value.

Easy linkedin prospection and automation

Very pleased to have found such a good deal on a very nicely made platform! I see Waalaxy saving me lots of time and bringing loads of good opportunities for my business.

How easy it is to navigate, and having easy access to a french speaking support team!

Cons:

Even though Waalaxy seems to say that using their software helps as much as possible to stay clear from LI’s ban hammer. I feel a bit paranoid and tend to throttle down on the amount of outreach I plan on doing with it.

Funnel mapping is a key feature vs other platforms that make it easy to setup flows.

Cons:

There are many competitors, this is one of the most expensive. If ease of use is something you want to pay.

It saves a lot of time with automatization.

Cons:

Bags. A lot of them. They fix it quickly, still from time to time sequences don't work correctly or/and send messages twice.
