"They are quick to give you the cold shoulder when you notify them of canceling services, but even quicker when it comes to continuing to charge you for offline services even though you've terminated services months before."
"More recently, we come to find out that they were again continuing to charge us, saying that we were past due 2 months… I'm even currently on the phone with their customer service team and have been on hold for going on 33 mins now, saying the wait should be 1-2mins after they hear back from the accounting department."
