"Frustrating as due to trying to find support through DrFirst to help w/ re-install ID.me authenticator app and had to use the darn CHAT (for tech support?!); DrFirst NO LONGER provide phone support; without it, it's VERY INEFFICIENT; gonna look into other vendors that have PHONE SUPPORT. If there is a urgent matter, like need to get a prescription out, you're SOL."
