"Takes forever to load, antiquated system and style, can't have multiple accounts open or multiple windows, terrible report printing, analytics are costly, customer service is 24-48 hour turnaround time, prescriptions are not sent electronically, scheduling is difficult, requires a physical server, difficult to update patient demographics."
