"Can view the schedule multiple different ways which is great for planning purposes."
"being able to track letters and reports would also be fantastic for auditing purposes, if there was a tick box on the case screen or maybe a merge field that was able to be added into certain clinical note templates, then making this trackable via a report would be awesome."
