"I do think it would be lovely if the NPS surveys were included in regular prompt as in prompt plus it allows clinic to view customer feedback."

"Patients complain that sometimes the online intake doesn’t work, and when it does work I find it difficult to toggle back and forth to put that information into the subjective portion of the note so other clinicians can see it easily."
