"In the last year we have had 3 major issues of a pop-up error message that would interrupt med pass, Medications not synching between DrFirst and the MAR that was determined to be due to data stored in inactive staff names, meds not synching again that had to do with character limits in data fields on the back end, and now PRNs being removed from the MAR despite being active."
"Sometimes there was a glitch or a complete failure to get online, so I had to keep a paper copy of each patient’s visit, as a back-up to refer to in those situations when Qualifacts was down."
