- My Junna is a must have tool for a care management practice and this along with their great customer service makes them the best in the business.
- You need to be careful not to add "relatives" of other clients to a current clients information in many areas (attached to chart, etc.) and it does not populate documentation into the facesheet automatically from when clients sign your intake form. And the inability to update your forms with edits as you please, and with a charge for each page has been difficult.
