"There are some functions that are counterintuitive and can be quite frustrating for a new user (even after explaining to my staff that clicking on hyperlinked text will almost never take them to the screen they are wanting to pull up-- if it's not a drop-down, icon or button, don't click on it..... except for that one-off hyperlinked text that will get you to where you want to go)."
