"Customer Service was easy to connect with at all times."
"I've resisted internal inquiries into whether our company might have better overall functionality with several WT competitors because with the exception of the functions already mentioned that we simply don't have the time or personnel to dedicate to learning/using, WinTeam has been an excellent accounting and operations software for our company for almost 14 years."
"We love having the ability to drill down from the general ledger to the source whether it be fixed assets, payroll or invoices. "

"They are difficult and do the bare minimum which means you're back on the phone with them often b/c they don't effectively resolve problems."
"Platform is antiquated (majorly) and customer service is abysmal. "
