- It is the third platform I have used to host my podcast over the past few years, and it is equal to or better than the others in terms of features, prices, and ease.
- They answer half the questions when you send them an email, and don't even answer my requests for explanations any more.

- I have saved about 10 hours off my first project by sending the audio survey/podcast link to 5 people (it would have taken me 2 hrs of setup, scheduling, and recording per person).
- The UI feels a bit dated, and as with many SaaS products there are a few examples of bad English grammar, which indicates a lack of polish.
