Pros:
We use most importantly the price information capture functionality of Sniffie, as our business model does not require the other functionalities Sniffie would be able to offer. For this purpose Sniffie works well - it is quick, and easy to use, and integration to our existing business processes was very simple.
Cons:
For us some limitations in the comparison groups have caused some need to replan what data we want to capture. This is an understandable commercial construct, though.

You really need to have resources allocated for it and have an existing pricing strategy and planning in place to get the most of it. The team behind it is super professional and will help you with whatever you need quickly.

Dynamic pricing is everything but what I really enjoy the most is the team that you can pitch ideas and needs to tailor them to suit your business and strategies best. You get so much critical market information that it might be overwhelming at first.

Takes some time to learn everything by heart when you've used to something else.

Sniffie has automated our price matching processes, we can trust that our products are correctly priced compared to the competition. It also helps us to save time. The product is fairly easy to use once you have gotten used to it. Also, it was fairly easy to integrate within our existing processes. We also love the customer support from Sniffie, they are always eager to help us if we face some issues.
Cons:
There is not anything missing from Sniffie, which we would definitely want to be in there. However, the analytics modules in Sniffie are somewhat hard to use at the beginning, so there is a learning curve in using those.

Its easy to use and integration with our ERP went well. Sniffie team replies very quickly when there is a question/problem.
Cons:
If there is no same item code to match our items to competitor items we usually need to match these manually. In tire business item names have too much variation to safely link the closest match.

Best features of the software are the automated reports and price updates. Pricing of key products in our company has been made very easy with these tools.
Cons:
There are new system integrations that are under way and we are eager to implement them in the near future
