PS has a very archaic system for tracking customer followups and team collaboration and there is no way to automate any customer followups or pretty much anything.

The most impactful parts however, are the asset management, integration with our existing online ordering system, and built in shipping module.

One of the ONLY things we do not enjoy is some of the update pushes are not very well communicated by SmartSoft and cause disruptions and/or API programming link breakage.
