Pros:

Straightforward workflow. Great support. Does what we need it to do.

Cons:

Changes to job descriptions, i.e. dates, qty's etc., don't automatically carry forward to PO's. Doubling the chance of incorrect info on PO's.

Would be lost without it.

I have worked with the system since 2014 and have seen it evolve and improve year on year. Enables me to manage my quotes and orders and provide everyone in the team an easy to use system to update and track orders. Makes administration easy and provides great reporting options.

Pros:

The ease of use, the great customer support and the wide variety of uses.

Cons:

The costed quoting section, very labour intensive to setup. Always lose patience with it when I attempt to work on it.

Reasons for choosing Printlogic

I feel Print Logic is better suited to the diversity within the Print Industry, especially with Digital printing (small and large format). Competitors do not provide the same level of customer support.

Printlogic replaced a much more expensive software and it has at least the same functionality. Easy to use, comprehensive, reliable and the customer support is second to none.

Nothing - if you find something you don't like it can usually be changed

Printlogic: Overall Great Print Management Software for Small Business

Overall, Printlogic is integral to our business. It helps us keep organized and manage projects, estimates and billing.

Pros:

Relatively inexpensive for team use, relatively low learning curve, browser based, responsive support staff

Cons:

There are certain features that could be improved on, most of all the production manager could be tweaked to be more user friendly. While many things have customization options, more could be added on front end, rather than requiring support staff to implement. Client facing documents (statements, invoices, estimates) could use a facelift and more customization options.

Reasons for choosing Printlogic

Printlogic seemed to best cater to a small business. Cost-wise it was most affordable because it includes several seats to allow growth. Overall more modular than other platforms as far as which features to implement. Caters well to both small/quick projects as well as larger scope.

Printlogic is very easy to use in all areas, very helpful company with plenty of customer support, if something needs to be changed or any suggestion given to make thing best fit my company going forward, Printlogic are always willing to help and look into these areas for me.Along the way over the last 7 years they have always tried to help with any improvement suggestions I have made to make the system more personal to me and my Company.

Cons:

Their are not many negatives with printlogic in the areas I use within the software, little things like when changing the contact name to whom the estimate needs to be sent to, if I need to go back into the description to change something it reverts back to the default contact but this is just a small thing and I am sure Printlogic would look at locking this if I asked.Not may negatives really i can find about the software, very happy with the system in general.

Cost/ value for money was a big factor and also customer service with hand holding to use the system was very important

The customer service was very poor and backing up of the system was not controllable.

Easy to use, accurate and exceptional response and help from Support

We have used PRINTLOGIC for over 7 years now and find it absolutely invaluable in helping the efficiency of running the Business. Previous customer quotes/orders available in seconds and saves so much time.

Ease of use, producing clear concise Quotations. Great reports can be produces for Sales/Cost data

Cons:

We did not start off using the Invoicing facility....and wish we had!

Reasons for choosing Printlogic

Although I had used Accura at a previous organisation, the cost for a new business was prohibitive. Clarity did nit seem to tick all the boxes that Print Logic offered.
