Es un producto fácil de usar y muy intuitivo, las integraciones realmente son muy facil de usar y seguras.

Cons:

Cuando se usa la aplicación y el telefono tiene el tamaño muy grande de las letras la aplicacion no fucnona muy bien porque no se ve bien.

Pros:

La facilidad de gestión sobre los requerimientos que ya esta creada y probada funciona bien. La integración hacia un servicio de inversiones fue larga debido a que había que integrar la plataforma de pedidos que no había nacido para este tipo de productos con los sistemas de la empresa. Los puntos más importantes son que se puede programar acciones en cada etapa del proceso y que los desarrolladores pueden hacer cambios sobre la plataforma para facilitar.

Cons:

La parte de gestión del cliente, reportes y categorización puede mejorar. La gestión del cliente puede integrarse con la gestión de usuarios de los aplicativos y con un CRM. En cuanto a reportes un acceso a descarga masiva de solicitudes puede solucionar muchos problemas de reportería. Y en cuanto a la categorización algo que ayudaría sería un nivel más general de producto y forma de pago. Finalmente, la facilidad de programar ordenes en el futuro solucionaría muchos requerimientos actuales.

Es un ecosistema flexible a través del cual se logra una integración bastante completa entre los objetivos que se tienen a la vista y los resultados logrados. Existe la presencia de un balance completo, mediante el cual podrás verificar el avance y movilidad de las metas adquiridas.

Cons:

Se podría solventar ciertos errores que pueden evidenciar en los cambios de estados de los pedidos que se están procesando. En la medida que se apliquen correcciones, estos errores podrían dejarse a un lado y, la capacidad de procesamiento de la información es lenta.

Con X-Mart se puede conocer el estado del pedido en cada momento, eso ninguna otra plataforma te lo provee. Además se pueden administrar las compras ya sea por pick-up o delivery.

Cons:

No me resulto complicado el uso/implementación/funcionalidad de los productos del X-Mart porque en nuestra empresa ya sabíamos de que se trataba.
